BASIC DASH DIET GREEN JUICE
(2 and 1/2 cups chopped) Apple= 10 ounces juice
(About 1 cup chopped) Celery= 3 ounces juice
(About 1 cup chopped) Bok Choy= almost 2 ounces juice
Yields about 15 ounces of juice.
